We are a Movie Set

Here, at The Swim School, we are not just the aquatic center of the Ark-La-Tex, we are also an integral part of the growing film industry.  Over the past couple of years, we have had five movies filmed in part on the 1800 block of Texas Avenue and in our very own pool:  Skateland, The Cleaner, Soul Men, Acceptance, and most recently Battle of Los Angeles.  Deepti Daryanani, of Cheetah Girls fame came to The Swim School for pointers on polishing up her swimming technique for Acceptance.  Miss Leah, the Head Coach of our swim team, worked with Deepti and also was filmed as her body double!  While training at The Swim School, Deepti was very gracious and even took time out of her busy schedule to pose for pictures with one of our swimmers.
